Next In person community event - Exploring different Strategies & Ways to navigate the challenging IT jobs market in Germany together

There is a saying in life 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 and I personally relate with this even more because when I had my freelance visa and I was trying to plan towards getting my EU PR, 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗘𝗨 𝗣𝗥 and I could only afford to work on related things in my spare time/weekends.  
 
𝗠𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 including:  
 
1. Plan how you can pay into pension insurance for 60 months at a stretch  
 
2. Get at A1 level language certificate at a minimum  
 
3. Take Einbürgerungstest test  
 
4. etc.,  
 
Looking back, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 and that 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗘𝗨 𝗣𝗥 eventually as I could 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 of the higher expectations clients normally have out of freelancers over the last 3+ years of living in Germany with being able to study & prepare for the above things in my spare time & on weekends
